The return of The Simpsons!

Not a phone cover person at all, but Bart and Homer Simpson have me mixed up. Thought long and hard, and then decided I'm going to buy 'em in any case and keep them in storage for later (awesome gifts they'd make!). Other than remind me of one of my favourite shows of all time, I love how quirky these silicone covers look! Maybe I will become a phone cover person after all. "Cool, I broke your brain!" I can tell Bart as I fit my phone behind his head.

Veg out with a vengeance
Think kebab platter and you think meats and more meats. That's why I'm intrigued at the prospect of a veg kebab platter - appropriately called 'Vegetarian Feast' -  featuring Tandoori Khumb, Broccoli and Aloo Ki Tikki, Saudhee Aloo, Punjabi Paneer Tikka and Tandoori Salad. Yummy! Feeds my new resolve to eat mostly vegetarian. There are non-veg options too, so carnivores will be more than welcome to join me.

I'm not a bird-watcher, but I couldn't take my eyes off this one! I'm sure it's a lovebird, and I get the distinct feeling that it's watching me... closely. A lotion dispenser, no less. I'm thinking of the stock of boring bottled lotions I have, and itching to pour the contents into this happy birdie, and then spritzing away to moisturisation.

A charm that's a friend for life
Friendship Day is around the corner - on July 30 - and I have a yen to buy suitable gifts for a couple of my closest pals. Pandora has just come out with its new collection of probables for the big day, and I am hearting these two. Can't think of a better - and more elegant - way to say "I'll be there for you".

Guardian of the Galaxy
I remain a BlackBerry devotee, but one of my fave - and smartest - family members told me he needs a new smartphone, and I've decided to gift him the Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro. Seems perfect: metal body, full HD super AMOLED screen, 3GB RAM and a super-cool camera. Looks pretty amazing too, very sleek and handy... real neat package for the price!
