Sit and reach tests for the lower back, hamstrings
Sit against wall with legs flat
Have a helper put box against your feet and ruler on box
Trunk twist
Tests torso, shoulders
Put a mark on wall; stand in front of mark, an arm's length from the wall and facing away from the mark
Hold arms level; twist body and knees as far to right as possible without moving feet and put mark on wall
Repeat on left side and average your results
